Elevate yourself

Thanks to Covid and most of my team being in Europe and East Coast - I am in front of my monitor from 6 am to 5 pm. This was leaving me physically exhausted. I tried all kinds of anti glare, blue light protection etc. the daylight glasses are a game changer. I also own a pair of sunset. Love this even more. My quality of sleep has improved many fold. They truly make me feel good. I also have the Light Diet course that is mind boggling. Wish I knew this earlier but I guess better late than never.
